Self worth is about knowing and feeling you can. Only you can be your cheerleader in life. You need to step up and start giving yourself a pat on the back. If we wait for others to value us we may be setting up ourselves for disappointment.

Try and take even a minute a day to praise yourself, acknowledge your worth. Even if you are feeling down, find one thing about yourself that is your strength and give yourself that praise you deserve.

If you cannot find your sense of self worth, life will always be a reminder of that.

Activity : Either daily or on alternate days find some time to boost your worth. Remember when you learn to appreciate yourself, life will appreciate you.
