
Are you aware of the thoughts that you produce? Many of us do not and with mastering the art of awareness you can then be the master of the thoughts you create.
Most of us unconsciously spend a lot of time dwelling in thoughts that are not going to assist us – these are mostly negative thoughts.
Even before you practice the art of manifestation, it is important to know where the majority of your thoughts are. Be mindful of your thoughts and do not waste time and energy thinking about things that do not assist you. Easier said than done and it can become boring very fast but it makes a lot of difference.
One method is to be focus and be aware of what you are doing – this is the awareness of the task before you. Then be aware of the thoughts you are creating – if you find your mind straying from the task at hand or if you find that you are creating a negative thought, bring back your focus.
Another method is to use an affirmation, mantra or even a favourite phrase/quote. This is your trigger tool so the moment you find your thoughts straying, this trigger will bring you back to either a neutral state, positive state and/or keep you focused.
The hardest task is the discipline to do this. Remember, it is not about always having positive thoughts, it is more about not creating negative ones – being in a neutral space is also fine.
When we can master our thoughts – life becomes a little more lighter.
