Below are some methods one can use to clear negative chi/energy and to strengthen one’s energy field.

Flowers
Kaffir Lime/Limau Purut
Sea Salt
Milk
Flower bath (Mandi Bunga)
Items :
-Flowers (here use odd numbers, usually a minimum of 3 flowers, it can be the same type of flowers but in different colours. For eg : if you use chrysanthemum- you can use white, yellow, and orange. (Get a few of each). You will only be using the buds/petals of the flowers without the stalks.
-Kaffir lime/limau purut : Minimum 4
-Sea Salt : optional
Process:
Mix all the ingredients in a bucket(medium or large) of water.
Cut the 3 limes into half (only put 3 limes 6 pieces) into the bucket, (the other lime is to be used as a scrub, cut this lime into half as well), together with a tablespoon or two tablespoons of sea salt and add the flowers. Leave this to soak for around 5 minutes. You can squeeze the lime juice into the mixture and then drop the lime into the bucket.
Have a head bath first and then taking a small pail, pour this mixture starting from the head. After a few pours, take the 3rd lime and use it as a scrub. One half for the top part of body and the other half for the lower part of the body. It is important to ensure you scrub the inner thighs down towards your feet (inner part). If the lime slips out of your hand during this time, just leave it do not pick it up to continue scrubbing. After you finish the scrub, pour the remaining mixture, then wash off.
Sweep up the ingredients and place them in an old newspaper and throw it in the outside garbage bin of your home.
If you have a bathtub, you can mix the same in your bathtub but add at least 5 limes (cut into half) and more flowers and you could increase the sea salt depending on the size of your bathtub. Here just soak body in the tub and then wash off. You can also have a head bath before soaking.
Best time : In the morning and always before sunset.
Kaffir Lime/Limau Purut Scrub :
This is just using the lime as a scrub and the process is the same as above. If the lime slips out of your hand during this time, just leave it do not pick it up to continue scrubbing.
