
Meditation is a practice for the alignment of our chakras and energy lines, it is the balance of mind, emotions and body. When we are in a meditative state we become more aware. It is the time we spend to allow our energies to balance and flow.
We need to remember meditation is not a some magical practice that is going to create this amazing life for you. It is not a self-help method or not something new. The ancient Asian art of meditation is a way of life, the balance between energies of soul and body., masculine and feminine, internal and external.
Go into a space of quiet and balance, and be focused on your energy flow. It is not always about emptying your mind but rather aligning your energies, to know that there is a level within us that is more intelligent than the mind and our emotions.
Meditation as mentioned is a practice and you need to consistently do this and when done in a proper manner, it will create a shift called awareness. The power of awareness opens you to so many things you do not see, feel or hear in your everyday life.
Meditation is not an hour exercise where you sit down and then go about your day in a turbulent and chaotic manner, learn to implement meditation when doing your work, when you are having a meal, when you are interacting with others.
When you can implement the art of meditation in your everyday life, you will feel the difference.
Please know – meditation is NOT manifestation, However through the art of meditation you can manifest. Meditation is not some current cool lifestyle, la-la concept, it is a disciplined art.
One method you can use is focus on your chakra points and saying ‘Aum/Om’ you can start from the crown and move to your base chakra – focusing on each chakra, saying Aum/Om and then moving to the next. Alternatively, you can listen or recite a mantra or both and then focus on each of your chakras.
