Shorts -Physical Health

We only have one outfit that will assist us in this journey – it is our physical body. Some of us take good care of it, others or maybe most of us do not.

My little mind is always in awe about how the body works, yes we have science to explain it but I don’t give a poo poo about science all the time because I like being awed by things. The physical body is a living breathing mechanism that seems to operate on its own.

Our duty is to take care of our body, like how we service a vehicle, but let’s be honest, it can be hard.

The physical body runs on energy -hence one way to service our body is via some form of movement (I don’t mean passing the salt movement or just your fingers typing away on the keyboard.).

You can do yoga, or go to the gym, zumba or rumba or whatever else but if time does not permit just walk. This will help the energy flow in the body, it is a great way to service your body and keep your physical body healthy.

If you are too busy to exercise or just lazy – then try to find some time and push yourself -at least a minimum of 20 minutes a day to walk. When you move your body, it will regulate the energy flow . This will assist in various things like digestion, oxygen levels, clarity of mind and even balancing emotions. If you are consistent then you will in time find you are increasing your walking time.

Start by walking at least 20 minutes everyday – start with your normal pace and in time you will find that your pace will slowly increase.

Walking is one of the easiest way to keep your body healthy and energetically aligned.
